Banana Nut Spelt Pancakes

Ingredients
3 cups spelt1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 1/2 cup milk (I used 1%)3 eggs2 medium bananas, sliced1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix in eggs, then milk.
Slice banana and stir in with mix.
Chop walnuts; add and stir.
Prep pan with butter or non-sticking spray.
Pour batter onto pan and cook until light brown (about a minute or two on medium/high heat). Flip and press down to flatten pancakes. Cook until firm.

Makes about 25 medium-small pancakes (each is considered one serving, but I generally eat more).
