3 cups cubed seedless watermelon1 cup crushed ice1 cup lime sherbet4 tsp. lime juice
Combine the watermelon, ice, sherbet, and lime juice in a blender. Cover and blend for about 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately. (Serves 4)
