Mixed Fruit Brunch Compote

Ingredients
1 medium ripe tomato, chopped (yes, tomato is a fruit! Works very nicely in this!)1 medium peach, chopped1 medium Granny Smith apple, choppedSauce:1 Tbsp mint jelly1Tbsp sour cream1 oz white wine (I use Chablis. I don't know what you could use if you don't want the wine in it - it's just to thin the sauce some, but water sounds awful)
Directions
Mix chopped fruits in a medium bowl. In a small bowl mix mint jelly, sour cream and white wine, whipping to combine as thoroughly as possible, although some tiny chunks of jelly are good in it). Pour sauce over fruit, stir to coat and serve.

Makes three approximately 1-cup servings.
