Shelly's Baked Ricotta

Ingredients
8 oz. ricotta cheese, part skim1/2 C. grated parmesan1 large egg, beaten1 tsp. Italian SeasoningS & P to taste1/2 C marinara sauce1/2 C shredded mozzarella, part skim
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Mix ricotta, parmesan, beaten egg & seasonings together, place in an ovenproof dish. Pour marinara on top, top with mozzarella.
Bake 20-25 min.
makes 4 servings
