Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas1/4 cup oil1 cup sugar2 cups wheat flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 cup walnuts/oats/raisins/chocolate chips
Directions
Mash bananas, add oil and sugar, mix well. Sift flour, salt, baking soda together and add it to the banana mixture. Mix well until blended, (do not beat). Pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
