Quorn salad

1Red pepper1Orange pepper2Medium carrots3Heads of broccoli4Medium tomatoes1white onion300g Quorn chicken style peices3 Leaves of Cos lettuce
Directions
Finely chop all vegetables grating carrots, cook Quorn for 7 minutes in a covered container in microwave. Combine all ingrediants.
