1 Tbs butter1 Tbs flour1 cup 2% milk1/3 cup parmesian cheese
Directions
Melt butter, stir in flour until desolved. Stir in Milk until thick. Add parmesian cheese. Pour over fettuccini noodles or better yet pour over spaghetti squash serves 4

    Very good variation on white sauce it works so well if you are in a pinch for Alfredo sauce. I added salt, pepper and shrimp, it was great I will make it again, I had it over spaghetti squash and it was yummy. - 8/21/09

    I have neer made alfredo sauce before, and this was so easy and very tasty! I used smart blance for the butter, and 1% milk and it turned out amazing! I served it with whole wheat linguine vegetables and shrimp...yumm! - 9/21/09
