Stonyfield Farms Strawberry Muffin

Ingredients
2 C whole wheat flour0.5 C sorghum (originally called for sugar)1.5 tsp baking soda2 eggs1 C yogurt0.25 C butter, melted1 tsp vanilla1 C strawberries, chopped
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Toss strawberries in dry mix to coat. Mix all wet ingredients. Pour wet mix into dry/strawberry mix. Stir as littel as possible, spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes. Makes 16 muffins.
