2.5 cups hard red wheat1.5 cups spelt or rye0.5 cup barley0.25 cup millet0.25 cup lentils2 Tbs. great northern beans2 Tbs. red kidney beans2 Tbs. pinto beans4 cups lukewarm water1 cup honey1/2 cup oil2 tsp. saltfreshly milled flour from the above mixture of grains2 Tbs. yeast
Stir the grains well and grind in flour mill.
In large bowl, combine water, honey, oil, and salt. Add all of flour and yeast. Stir or knead until well kneaded about 10 minutes.
Pour dough into greased pans. You may use 3 med. loaf pans or 2 large loaf pans. Let rise in warm place for one hour or until dough is about 1/4 inch from top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minute;s.
