Steak with Sautéed Mushrooms, Onions and Peppers and Asparagus

Ingredients
2 7 oz. steaks cooked and seasoned to your liking1 cup mushrooms, sliced1 cup onions, sliced (preferably red or another sweet variety)1 cup peppers, sliced (any color is great)1 tsp. olive oil or butterSea salt and Pepper to taste2 cups asparagus, cooked1 whole wheat roll2 tsp. butter, optional
Directions
Sauté mushrooms, onions and peppers in oil until soft and caramelized. Top steak with onion mixture and serve with ½ the asparagus and ½ a roll (for drippings of course!)
