Spring Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup canola oi1 Tbls. cider vinegar1 Tbls. sugar1/2 Tbls. lemon juice1 Tbls. poppy seeds1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. mustard5 cups torn spinach1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries1/4 cup chopped pecans1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions
Combine oil, sugar, poppy seeds, lemon juice, salt, mustard. Mix. Slice strawberries and thinly sliced onions. Combine, strawberries, pecans, and onions. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
