Ingredients
Directions
3 oz. Chicken breast3 cups - Lettuce1 slice - weight watchers bread/any whole wheat bread. ( being used for croutons so pam or low fat cooking spray will be needed)2 tbsp - sour cream. (being used for dressing)1-2 tbsp - pumpkin seeds/sunflower seedsMrs dash, and curray (Use any seasoning for the chicken and dressing)
Defrost/grill a 3 oz. chicken breast put any spices with low/no salt (I like Mrs. Dash and Curry) . Shred romain lettuce and add to bowl. For the home made croutons, set over to 400 degrees farenheit. lightly spray the slice of bread with lowfat cooking spray of some sort (keep in mind that some sprays can't be put on food directly). Then place some type of garlic, onion, or herb spice on the bread and cut into long strips, then cut those stips into little bite size pieces. These should bake for max of 3-5 mins depending on your oven. once they are done take out and drop into salad bowl. Take 2 TBSP of fat free sourcream and add dill weed and garlic and herb spice (use any spice you prefer) and mix well. Once chicken breast is done cut up into slices and add this to the bowl. Add punkin seeds or any seed salad toppers, and the Sourcream salad dressing. Mix well... and Voila... you have a yummy salad... If you want less fat, omit the seeds. Enjoy
