Oatmeal Raisin Cookie with Splenda

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal2 cups wheat flour1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp soda1 cup margarine (light)1 cup Spenda Brown Sugar Blenda2 eggs1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Mix together sugar and eggs, add dry ingredients and melted shortening. Mix until well blended. Stir in raisins. Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet, flatten a little. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 10 minutes.

*You can add 1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired.
*You can substitue chopped dates (or dried cranberries) for the raisins.
