Turkey Meatloaf patties

Ingredients
1lb ground turkey1 large egg1/4c - 1/2c breadcrumbs (add as needed, calorie count is for 1/2c)2 tbsp ketchup1/4c milk2 tsp seasoning ( adobo or season salt)1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp allspice (this is the secret ingredient)
Directions
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Form into 4 patties. Spray a frying pan with non stick spray and cook on medium low heat, flipping once, until thoroughly cooked. Both sides of the patty will end up with that nice crust that is usually on the top of meatloaf cooked in loaf form.


I usually serve this with green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy.
