Ingredients
# Water 150ml# Coconut Cream - Savoy, 150 gram (remove)# Kuzu (1 Tbsp=9 gr), 20 grams (remove)# Brown Sugar, 50 grams (remove)# Cinnamon Stick, 0.5 serving (remove)# Vanilla Bean, 0.5 serving (remove)* For alcoholic version add 1 oz. of rum.
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy medium saucepan with a dash of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; Remove cinnamon stick, stir in vanilla. Strain through a sieve into 5 dishes. cover surface of custard with plastic wrap. Chill overnight. Sprinkle with cinnamon and shaved chocolate before serving.
