Ingredients
1 Slice of Whole Wheat Bread1 Egg1 Tbsp. of Butter .
Directions
Crack the egg firmly against a bowl, the carefully break open the shell. Pick out any shell fragments and set aside.
Using a 3-inch Cookie cutter (Circle,Heart, star or flower.) Cut a shape out of the piece of bread.
Fry it lightly on ones side ( you can also fry the cutout shape) Flip the bread over. Reduce the heat to low. Ask your child to carefully pour egg into cutout hole in middle of bread. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the egg has set in the bread nest. For and over-easy egg, he can flip the egg and bread over and cook it on the otherside.

    OK to clarify directions, simply cut out any shape you would like from the center of the bread, melt butter in pan, place bread on pan, add egg to center of bread, once that side is cooked to how you like it, flip and cook other side. - 7/29/13
