Apple Glazed Pork Chops (GF)

Rice Flour ¼ CSalt ½ tDry mustard ½ tBlack Pepper ½ tPork Chops, Boneless 4 Butter 2TRice Flour 2TBrown sugar 2TApple Juice 1 ½ CApples 2 Cored and SlicedCinnamon, Ground ½ t
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
Coat pork chops in mixture, brown in butter.
Remove chops, stir in 2T flour and brown sugar into drippings to make a thick paste. Gradually stir in apple juice, cook and stir until thickened.
Place chops in 2-quart casserole in single layer.
Arrange apple slices and raisins on pork chops, cover with mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes [boneless chops], 60 minutes [bone-in chops]
Makes 4 servings.
