Greek Meatball Kabobs

12 oz ground extra lean turkey meat1/2 C each fine dice onion, and red peppers4 tbsp Greek seasoning (divided)1 zucchini sliced 4 small tomatoes halvedSauce:3/4 C drained FF plain yogurt1/2 C fine diced or shredded peeled/seeded cucumber1 garlic clove minced1/2 tsp each: mint and dilljuice of 1/2 lemonpinch of salt.
Add diced pepper, onion, 2 tbsp greek seasoning to turkey.
Form meat into meatballs (approx. 8). Roll meatballs in remaining 2 tbsp greek seasoning.
Alternately skewer meatballs, tomatoes and zucchini.
BBQ for about 20 minutes or until done.
Prepare tzatziki ahead of time for best flavour.
