50g Fresh or frozen blueberries50g Fresh or frozen cherries1 Fresh or frozen banana1 cup non-fat yogurt1/2 cup ice cubes (optional quantity)
Combine all ingredients into blender carafe then blend for approximately two minutes on high speed. Add ice as desired, but note that excessive ice will dilute the flavor. This recipe makes about two one-cup servings.
