Ingredients
Ingredients: Thick & Rich Original spaghetti sauce, 0.5 cup )Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced Garlic, 4 cloves Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Bay Leaf, 2 tbsp, crumbled Smart Catelli Spaghetti, 85 gram(s)
Directions
Fry beef
Drain the minimul fat
Chop vegies
Throw into Crock pot
cook on high for 2 hours and then med for the rest
Add fresh grated parmesan near the end and stir
Cook spaghetti ( I like this pasta, lots of fibre and tastes better then whole wheat)
Pour sauce over noodles, sprinkle more parmesan and enjoy!! Kids love this too!!
