Tropical Tuna Salad Supper

Ingredients
1tbsp orange marmalade1tbsp soy or tamari sauce1tsp honeygrated peel and juice of one limehot sauce1 tbsp sesame oilgrated garlic - 1 glovegrated ginger 1tsp1/2 mango1/2 cucumber2-3 sliced radishes1/2 c. shelled edamae1/2 chopped red onion1/4 c mandarin oranges1 pound ahi tuna steaks - cubed
Directions
combine marmalade, soy sauce, honey, lime juce and peel, dash hot sauce and stir

add grated garlic and ginger, mango, cucumbers, onion, edamame, oranges

heat grill pan coat tuna steaks with salt and pepper and brush with oil

grill tuna on both sides 3-5 minutes

toss tuna with salad and serve!
