Ingredients
2 eggs - beaten2 cans cream style corn1 cup milk1 cup cracker crumbs1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped green peppers1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded1/4 t salt1/8 t black pepper
Directions
Beat eggs in large mixing bowl; stir in remaining indredients. Spoon mixture into 2 greased 1-quart casserole dishes. Bake, uncovered for about 35-40 minutes at 350.
