Mom's King Ranch Casserole

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of celery soup2 4 oz cans chopped green chilies3/4 cup milk (calculated at 1%)2 cups Cheddar Cheese (calculated 1 cup regular cheddar, 1 cup fat free cheddar)2 cups tortilla chips or Doritos (calculated with tortilla chips...i don't like Doritos)
Makes 10 pieces. I use a 9"x13" baking dish and just divide it into 10.
Cook the chicken in the microwave. Cut it into chunks and place chicken in a baking dish.
Mix soups, chilies, milk, and about 1/2 of the cheese (and some of the tortilla chips/Doritos if desired) in a bowl. Pour over chicken and mix slightly.
Bake at 350 degrees. After 30 minutes remove from the oven and stir slightly. Top with the rest of the Doritos and Cheese.
Return it to the oven and bake until it bubbles. Remove and serve.
