Black Bean Steak Chilli

Ingredients
Add 1 packet taco seasoning (or season as desired)Beans, black, 2 cansDel Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cans (use pureed tomatoes for a soupier chilli)Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz (pre sliced in strips)Zucchini, 1 cup, (diced fine)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (or shredded to disguise them)
Directions
combine all ingredients in slow cooker & cook on low for 8 hours.

* I normally substitute the taco seasoning for 1T each of Chilli Powder and Onion Powder, 2t each of garlic powder, oregeno, salt and pepper. This is a little less flavorful, but much better in terms of sodium content.
