Lemon herb chicken

Ingredients
Zest and juice from one lemon3 tsp. dried rosemary2 tsp. dried thyme1 tsp salt1.5 tbsp olive oil4 chicken breasts, halved
Directions
Combine all but the chicken in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or over night.

Preheat oven to 425. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and add the chicken. Cook for 20-35 minutes or until done (I found 20 minutes wasn't enough, but it should be fine for smaller pieces.)
