Butter Tofu Masala

Ingredients
* 1 block of extra-firm tofu* 2 cans tomato soup* 2 Tbsp curry powder* 2 Tbsp garam masala (or more curry powder)* 2 Tbsp garlic powder* 3 Tbsp onion powder* 1 tsp ground ginger* 2 Tbsp cashew butter (or peanut butter)* 3 Tbsp margarine* .5 cup plain Greek yogurt
Directions
In a large saucepan, empty 2 cans of tomato soup over medium heat. Add margarine and heat until melted. Mix in all powdered ingredients and tofu. Allow to cook over medium heat for around 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add yogurt and cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serve hot with brown or basmalti rice.
