Portabella Spinach Pizza (Topping Only)

Ingredients
1 jar Ragu light parmesan Alfredo Sauce1 15 oz. can spinach, drained8 oz package portabella mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
Directions
Clean and slice/chop mushrooms and saute. Combine sauteed mushrooms, well drained spinach, and alfredo sauce. Can be used on pizza crust, heated and served over pasta, or any other way you can think of.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups total. For pizza, use 1 1/4 cup per pizza. For individual servings, use just under 1/3 cup.
