Ingredients
8 ounces medium shrimp, cooked and peeled110 grams medium shell pasta (about 1.5 cups uncooked), cooked and drained1 cup chopped plum tomatoes1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice2 tablespoons chopped shallots1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil2 tablespoons chopped fresh basic or 2 teaspoons dried basil1/4 teaspoon salt1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cove and refrigerate at least 8 hours
