GARDEN ROTINITOMATOGREEN ONION (TWO BUNCHES)I CAN RIPE OLIVESI PKAG OF OWENS HAM STEAKS2 PEELED CUCUMBERSI BOTTLE OF KRAFT LDR RED WINE VINAIGRETTE
START OFF BY BOILING 6 -8 QTS OF WATER. WHEN BOILING PUT IN WHOLE BAG OF ROTINI, BOIL FOR 10-15 MIN OR TILL ROTINI IS DONE TO LIKING. WHILE ROTINI IS COOKING PEEL YOUR CUCUMBERS, DICE YOUR TOMATO AND GREEN ONIONS AND DICE/CUBE YOUR HAM. PUT IN ONE LARGE BOWL TILL PASTA IS DONE. ONCE PASTA IS DONE DRAIN WATER FROM POT IN STRANER AND THEN PUT PASTA IN BIG SERVING DISH. ADD ALL THE ITEMS YOU PUT PREPPED BEFORE AND USE YOUR CLEAN HANDS OR TWO TOSSING SPOONS AND MIX TOGETHER. ONCE ALL IS MIXED ADD ONE WHOLE BOTTLE OF KRAFT LDR RED WINE VINAIGRETTE AND MIX ONCE MORE. THERE YOU HAVE IT A LOW FAT PASTA SALAD. YOU CAN USE WHOLE WHEAT PASTA FOR LESS CALS BUT I LOVE THIS PASTA. ENJOY!

This is kinda like my pasta salad...but I like to throw in broccoli and cheese. Ive used the whole wheat rotini as well, cooked just to al dente...and can barely notice the difference. This is my favorite summer meal! I can eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner - 6/23/09

I DO THE SAME IF I MAKE TO MUX THE NIGHT BEFORE I HAVE B, L, AND SNACKS THE NEXT DAY....I ALSO ADD SOMETIMES A BIT OF PARMASHAN CHEZ....
