Lemon Poppyseed Muffins (Wendy's)

Ingredients
1 C Sugar1/2 c Margarine, Softened2 Eggs3 T Lemon Juice2 tsp Poppyseeds1 T Grated Lemon Peel1/2 c Buttermilk1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 1/2 c Flour
Directions
Cream together Margarine & sugar. Add eggs & mix well.
Add lemon juice & poppyseeds, peel, & buttermilk. Mix well.
Add baking powder, salt, & flour. Mix well.
Pour into greased or lined muffin tins & bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Makes approximately one dozen muffins.
