Ingredients
Ingredients: Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz (remove)*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .5 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Butter, salted, .25 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)White Wine, 4 fl oz (remove)Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Marjoram, dried, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
Cut pork tenderloin into 1 cm (1/2 inch) slices. Pound to .5 cm thickness. Dredge with flour; season with salt and pepper. Heat butter in large frypan; brown pork on both sides. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered for 20 minutes Spoon sauce over pork. Makes 4 servings.
