mango duck sauce

Ingredients
dried apricots-4 soaked for a few hours1/2 a mango1 med peach1/2-1T of agave1 clove garlic1/2 t of fresh ginger
Directions
puree everything in the food processor. I used it on healthy tempura made in the dehydrator instead of frying it. I will post that recipe too.
