Ingredients
"Uncle Ben's" Brown Rice, Whole Grain (1cup cooked), 8 serving (remove) it is really 2 cups of dried rice.All American Cream of Mushroom 98% Fat Free, 2.5 serving (remove)Chicken breast, no skin, baked (boneless), 10 oz (remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.75 cup (remove)Broccoli, frozen, 1.6 package (10 oz) (remove)Kraft Low fat cheddar cheese 2% milk, 4 oz (remove)Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
layer in 9 x 13 casserole dish. mix 1/2 cup of the water with the soupp and evenly pour over. bake 425 about 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done. add salt and pepper and onion and garlic powder to taste in dish before bakeing. makes 6 servings

    I just used Steamers Rice and a rot. chicken, cuts the cooking time!! Can be ready in 30 minutes---since everything's cooked the way I make it, just bake until cheese is melted and casserole is hot throughout. Also great to freeze. - 6/15/09
