Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 1/4 cup flour1 Tbspn sugar3 teaspoons baking soda1 salt2 eggs2 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons non fat milk2 Tablespoon Enova oil
Directions
Sift all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, beat eggs then combine with milk and oil. Add "wet" ingredients at once to dry ingredients and mix till just combined. Batter will be lumpy. Cook on hot griddle till golden brown. Makes 16 pancakes.
