Ingredients
2 Cups Bisquick Pancake Mix1 Cup 2% Milk2 Eggs2 Green Apples
Directions
Peel and chop apples into small chunks. Mix everything together. Dollop large mixing spoonful into pan on medium heat. Cook until golden brown and evenly heated throughout.

Tastes good with butter and syrup, although these are not calculated into nutritional info.
