Easy No Cook BBQ 3 bean salad

1/4 c bbq sauce1 tbs red wine vinegar1 tbsp canola oil1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard1--15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed1--15 oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed1-- 15 oz can great northern beans, drained and rinsed8 c baby spinach or other veg
1. Whisk bbq sauce, vinegar, oil, and mustard together in a small bowl until smooth.
2. Place beans in a large bowl. Pour bbq sauce mixture over beans and toss to coat.
3. Divide spinach among individual plates; spook bean salad over spinach and serve, or store the beans and spinach separately until ready to eat
