Broke College Girls roasted veggies

Ingredients
2 c sliced zuccihini2 c sliced yellow squash1 c onion sliced1/2 c garlic fresh chopped2 c parsnips sliced2 med rutabagas slice3 T olive oil1 T salt1 T black pepper
Directions
cut all veggies about the same size and thickness.
Toss in oil and season. (I add italian seasoning).
Spread on large sheet pan or pizza pan.
Roast in preheated oven @450 F 20 minutes toss on pan return and roast another 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy
