Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb.Panko 1/2 cup*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Romano Cheese, 1/4 oz Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1cup Garlic powder, 1 tsp *Onion powder, 1 tsp egg white water
Directions
Cut chicken into 4 equal pieces (you can pound this to make it thinner and shorten cooking time) I prefer to leave it thick.
Put egg white in shallow bowl. - Wisk egg white with 1 tbsp. water.
On a paper plate or wax paper put bread crumbs (panko)
dip chicken first in egg white and then coat with crumbs.

Drizzle oil in pan and heat. add chicken and cook on one side until golden (about 5 minutes) sprinkle the romano cheese onto the chicken then turn over. Add chicken broth 1/4 cup at a time as (if) needed)
Cover and cook until chicken juices are no longer pink.
Note:
This is a recipe that I just did off the top of my head. It is my first time trying Panko bread crumbs... (which by the way you need to read All the labels and COMPARE as this is the lowest in fat and carbs that I have found - The brand is IANs it is more expensive but Progresso and some others I have found -- look to be no better that ordinary bread crumbs.

The next time I make it I am going to bake it - I will edit this as I do.
