This was so good. It made the meat so flavorful and tender. I left the salt out. It didn't need it - 8/23/18

The entire family loved it. We followed the recipe as-is and it was amazing. For sides we had whipped sweet potatoes (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-det
    ail.asp?recipe=778401) & 5 minute collard greens (http://whfoods.org/genpage.php?tname=reci

I added slices of Red Delicious apples to the top of each chop, then covered w/tin foil and baked on 350 for 1 hour. Have never had such tender tasty pork chops before. Thanks for the recipe! New favorite. - 3/14/11

this was delicious and easy to make on the George Foreman grill! My DB said the lemon was a little overpowering; but he LOVED it! - 2/22/11
