Beef, bacon and Rice Skillet

Ingredients
1/2 lb bacon, cut into pieces1/2 C onion, chopped1 lb ground beef1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrainedgarlic1-2 tsp italian seasoning4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese2 C prepared rice
Directions
1. In large skillet, cook bacon until partially done; drain
2. Add onions and ground beef. Cook until bacon and beef are done; drain
3. Add tomatoes and Italian season. Mix well
4. Add rice. Mix well and heat through
5. Before serving, sprinkle with cheese
