4 cups diced hash browns (located in the refrigerated section)12 oz of Ground turkey, lean 97%fat free (3/4 of a pound)1/2 cup Diced Onion1Tbsp. Ground Thyme1Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper1Tbsp. Ground Basil1Tbsp. Ground Garlic POWDER(May substitute Ground Ingredients w/2Tbsp Greek Seasoning)Add your favorite Bell Peppers also (not included in calories)
In large skillet, brown ground turkey in pan sprayed w/non-stick cooking spray. Add in Potatoes and Onion, brown on one side. Add in dry spices, and mix in. Brown until satisfied. And enjoy. These are large portions about 1.25 Cups a piece.
Additional add in's not included in calories are: Bell Peppers, Jalapeno's, or your favorite veggie.
