Ingredients
2 cups of cooked white rice11/2 cups of Black beans cooked (canned is fine)1 Tbsp Butter1 Tbsp Ketchup1/2 cup of Diced onion raw1/2 Bell peppers diced1 Tbsp Cilantro Chopped1 envelope of Goya seasoning (sazon)
Directions
Place pan on stove and turn stove on to medium heat. Add butter and melt. Sautee onion and bell pepper, add the beans simmer for about 3 min then add the ketchup, cilantro and seasoning. Mix together and simmer for about 2 min. Add rice and mix together make sure that all ingredients are incorprated with each other.
You can serve this with eggs, Bacon or ham and bread or tortillas.
