Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
Bean sprouts, 1 cupBroccoli, cooked, 0.25 cup, chopped Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium Barbecue SauceCabbage, fresh, 0.25 cup, shredded Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, grated
Directions
Chop mushrooms and brocolli and shred cabbage and carrots.
Add to frying pan with beansprouts and fry in oil or dry.
Chop tomato and squeeze juice into stir fry.
Add rest of the tomato.
Fry for around 10 mins.
Serve and add barbeque sauce for flavour.
