Unstuffed Peppers

Ingredients
3 servings of dry bulgar1/2 pound cooked ground beef3/4 pound sliced white mushrooms, cookedMini Sweet Peppers
Directions
Combine soaked bulgar, beef, mushrooms and salsa. Add spices to taste.

Spray baking dish with oil. Line up halved peppers in the bottom. Spoon mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake until cheese is melted.
