Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw, 1 cup, choppedSalt, 2 tsp Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (if possible light put as desired)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 4 tbsp (put as desired)
Directions
While the chicken is grilling you can start chopping the scallions and green bell pepper (on the scallions do not use the white part just the green part of it). After the chicken is done start chopping it too, than put the chopped chicken, scallions, green bell pepper, mustard, and mayo in a bowl mixing it with some salt. Its ready.
