Baked Penne with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
8 oz. Penne1 jar Tomato-Basil Marinara Sauce1/2 cup chopped onions1 tbsp Olive Oil2 cloves Garlic minced6 oz Ground turkey, 93% lean1/2 cup Light Mozzarella cheese2.5 oz Goat Cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 350.
cook pasta according to package
saute oniions and garlic in olive oil until tender,
Add turkey and cook until done.
(I sometimes add red pepper flakes or italian seasonings and salt and pepper at this stage but you don't have to)
pour in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
add in pasta and stir to coat.
transfer to a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
stir in cheeses and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Makes 6 1 cup servings
