Black Bean Vegetarian Chili

1 29 oz can Tomato Sauce1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce2 15 oz cans Black Beans1 15 oz can Kidney Beans1 15 oz can Sweet Corn 1 medium zucchini, chopped1 medium green bell pepper, chopped3-4 tbsp chili powder, to taste3 cloves garlic, minced, or 1 tbsp garlic, minced 1 tbsp olive oil
Saute the minced garlic in olive oil in large sauce pan over medium heat. Pour in tomato sauce and add chopped zucchini and green pepper. Drain and rinse beans and corn, add to chili. Add 3-4 TBSP chili powder to taste. Let cook for 20-30 minutes. Does not need to be covered, but it's best to shield with a lid so it doesn't splash all over your stove. I hate that. Makes 10 1 cup servings.
