Stovetop Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Chicken1 box Chicken Flavored, Lower Sodium Stove Top Stuffing1/2 cup Egg Beaters Refrigerated Egg Whites1 cup Swanson Chicken Broth
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and divide into 12 regular size muffin cups that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp. ketchup to the top of each muffin during the last ten minutes of baking time, if desired. It doesn't add any points
