Rhubarb Cke

Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix, prepared3 cups diced rhubarb2 cups sugar1 pint half and half
Directions
Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Pour into lasagna pan (I use glass). Sprinkle diced rhubarb over cake. Spread sugar over rhubarb. Pour half and half over sugar. Cook at least one hour at 350 degrees. Cake should be a dark golden brown.

(May overflow a bit based on rhubarb texture and amount)
