1/2 Cup Danon Nonfat Plain Yogurt1/2 Banana, fresh, medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)3 Strawberries, fresh, medium (1-1/4" dia)15 Blueberries, fresh (or frozen, unsweetened)3/4 Cup Orange Juice (I use the juice from 1 medium orange)1 Cup Crushed Ice
